Am I Eligible?

Businesses:

Companies located within the map boundary are generally eligible for the Downtown C-pass program, with the exception of churches and some government organizations. To confirm your eligibility, contact the C-pass team.

Employees:

If you think your company may be eligible for C-pass, talk to your employer about signing up.

Getting Started

Get Ready

Designate an Account Manager (a representative from your organization) to manage your company’s C-pass account.
Review the employer agreement and COTA credential options for employees.
Optional: Contact C-pass staff to schedule an informational meeting.

Get Enrolled

Create an account on the secure member portal.
Sign up employees with their choice of COTA credential: smartphone app or photo ID card.
Optional: Contact C-pass staff to schedule an informational session for your employees.

Get Going

Verify your company’s eligible employees once a month.
Provide new employees with C-pass information and how-to guides.
Keep the member portal up to date by removing ineligible employees.
